Bruce Grayson is one of the rare few to be born and raised in Los Angeles. Bruce was exposed to the art of beauty makeup at a very early age by his father, acclaimed, Hollywood make-up artist, Dave Grayson who did the likes of Lauren Bacall and Rita Hayworth. Bruce literally grew up on movie sets watching his father work with movie stars John Wayne, Michael Douglas and Bruce Willis. Bruce thought of these celebrity icons not as stars but as family because his father approached his clients with professionalism and level headedness that was in turn, passed on to Bruce.
Soon after graduating from Hollywood High School, Bruce was afforded the opportunity of working alongside some of Hollywood’s greatest artists. In this environment, Bruce was able to fine-tune his craft and soon establish himself as one of Hollywood’s top Make-up Artists. Since that time, the Emmy nominated Make-up Artist has traveled all over the United States, Europe and Asia as a spokesman for several cosmetic and skincare companies. His celebrity and editorial work has been seen in many magazines including Vanity Fair, Harpers Bazaar and Vogue. Bruce is in charge of the make up departments for the Emmy Awards, the Grammys and the Academy Awards television broadcasts. He has also run make up teams for the Democratic National Convention. Bruce has had the pleasure of working for President Clinton and Senator Hillary Clinton during both terms in the White House and has also worked for President Barack Obama. Some of Bruce’s Current clients include: Sports illustrated girls, Brooklyn Decker and Chrissy Teigen, Molly Sims as well as Hollywood’s top leading men, Vince Vaughan, Denzel Washington, Mel Gibson, among others. Bruce has worked and produced fashion shows all over the world including Beijing, China, Mumbai, India, Bali, Indonesia and Dubai, UAE He served as global ambassador for Olay Skincare and creative director for Max Factor. Bruce currently lives in Los Angeles and served as the ambassador for Olay Skincare and P&G Beauty.
